The Hudson Industrial Cutting division of USM supplies die cutting presses ranging from the basic “clicker” swing beam press to automated, computerized traveling head and full head presses.

The H-series clickers are rugged, reliable and inexpensive. The hydraulic system is specially designed to generate up to 25 tons of cutting power using only a 1 horsepower engine, thereby economizing on electrical consumption.

Both manual and automatic traveling head presses provide maximum versatility. Capable of greater force, larger heads and working area than a swing beam, automated traveling head presses provide steady cutting power with less maintenance and power consumption. These presses employ sophisticated systems for more finely controlled cutting force, stroke and head movement.

Our H-series swing beam cutting presses provide tables from 12” by 24” up to 2-“ by 40”, plus beam widths from 12” to 24” in 22- and 27-ton models. Automatic stroke setting in these clickers controls cutting depth.
